Project Administrator

We currently have an opening for a full-time Project Administrator in Toronto to provide advice and strategic support to clients in matters of market research based on experience in one or more sectors. In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
• Participating in secondary research
• Participating in qualitative research projects including room bookings and group coordination
• Documenting the design, implementation and execution of research projects including needs analysis, proposals and bids, including populating drafts of standard documents, survey instruments, and reports
• Assisting in project execution
• Testing CATI and CAWI
• Conducting quality assurance on data and reports
• Coordinating with data collection staff before, during and after data collection
• Ensuring timely entry of project information into STS properly at the outset and when changes to the study occur
• Monitoring data collection throughout the life of a project

Requirements:
• The position requires in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Business oriented, timely/quality decision making, interpersonal and communication skills,
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships
• Previous experience coordinating Focus Groups or Qualitative Research Projects
