According to Harris Decima Senior Vice-President Jeff Walker; “The Liberals’ lead nationally is now 5 points, and the party stands 9 points higher than at the time of the last election, whereas both the NDP and Conservatives are down more than 5 points from last October. Almost all of these shifts toward the Liberals can be ascribed to among women that reside in urban and suburban Canada. These results suggest that it may not be a good time for either the NDP or Conservatives to face an election”.
